On Saturday we met Angela, Galen and Grandma Katie for lunch. We went to lunch at Uncle Billy's BBQ on Barton Springs Road. I think it must be a new place because I had never heard of it before but lunch was very good and the weather was perfect. Aunt Angela got the girls some sunglasses so we were trying them out since we were sitting outside. Very cute!

Both Kristen & Sarah have discovered their feet. They both started grabbing their feet in the last week but Kristen is now sucking her toes. They are very cute toes!! Sarah is also rolling over a lot. Kristen first rolled over more than a month ago but now that she's done it she doesn't seem interested in continuing to do it. Kristen is actually starting to get up on her knees and it makes me think she will start crawling very soon.

We have also transitioned from feeding them in the bumbo chairs to feeding them in the high chairs. We bought the high chairs from one of our neighbors who has twin girls that are now 2. She sold them to us for $50/pair....yeah!

Today we went to church and we dropped the girls off in baby church for the first time. We usually keep them with us and go to the Video Venue so we can feed them if needed. After last Sunday we decided that we needed to make a change because they have been talking all through the service and I'm sure it's distracting for everyone else.
Each child is assigned a number when you check them in the nursery. If the nursery needs the parents during the service they put the number at the bottom of the big screen to communicate it. They will do this if the baby is really unhappy and they need assistance. A number flashed up today but luckily it wasn't ours. Not sure whose it was but I don't think they ever went to check on their child because the number kept coming up all through the service. Both girls seemed to like baby church so I think it will work out well. After church we went to Nana's house for lunch. Nana had all sorts of food for us and gave us a bunch of leftovers....Joe just enjoyed some of the leftovers for dinner as well.
